State of Florida
Register the company
Your company is registered online with the State of Florida. The partner network handles the formation with you.
- You choose the company name and are its member.
- The company gets an address in Florida to which authorities write (registered agent).
US tax authority
The company's tax number
The EIN is your company's tax number in the USA. The partner network supports you with the application.
- The US tax authority issues the EIN free of charge.
- From Germany it is applied for by phone, fax or mail.
- With the EIN the company can open an account.
US tax authority, Form W-7
Your personal number
The ITIN is your personal US tax number. You need it if you file a tax return in the USA.
- For anyone who has no US Social Security number.
- It is applied for with Form W-7 at the US tax authority.
- Here too the partner network supports you.

You open your company's business account at an appointment at a branch in Florida.
- You bring your passport, the company documents and the EIN.
- Afterwards you run the account through online banking from Germany.

A notice to the tax office
If you live in Germany, you notify the tax office of the formation. It is one form, submitted with your tax return.
The annual report
Once a year, between 1 January and 1 May, for the first time in the year after formation. Miss the deadline and you pay a surcharge.
