If you are not satisfied with our work, write to us by letter, fax or email using the contact details above. We confirm receipt of your complaint without delay, tell you how we will deal with it and roughly how long that will take, and reply to you in writing if you wish.

We do not apply classification procedures of our own, and we do not check the providers' information separately.
Our remuneration does not, as a rule, depend on sustainability risks. If a provider pays more for sustainable products, we accept that only where it does not conflict with your interests.
